We have had really bad experience with Cometchat plugin,
apps, SDK and desktop messenger. The software has a lot of bugs and kept asking
more charge but not solved any bugs. The manager Salam said he would let the
technician fix the problems but bugs remained. All requests took almost 1 week
to get a respond except for anything about charging more.
One time, they even sent me wrong message which was
supposed to go to another customer.
And the sales looks like never pay attention to reading
our reply thoroughly.
Be carefully! Don’t buy this terrible scamming Cometchat
plugin, since it does not work at all.
